Toshihiro Anzai
System Artist
Born in Tokyo, 1956.
He has been at the forefront of CG creation and developed CG paint system software “SuperTableau”. It has been wide spread use at that time. While he has been creating works with “SuperTableau”, he produced texture on his works utilizing Cellular Automaton or “Ramblers” with Multi-Agent System and he released mathematical works. He has started “Renga project” collaboration with Rieko NAKAMURA since 1990. He was awarded many prizes for “Imagina Festival”, “siggraph” and so on... He is occupied in He is developing technologies collaborating system such as Magic Kepler which he changed the whole Goto planetarium to live paint space or P2P paint system “Interwall”.
1991-1996 He had been in charge of book cover design of “Nikkei communication” published by Nikkei BP.
2000-2002 He developed graph structure collaboration space “Cambrian Machine” and is setting up many “Cambrian Games” which are polyphonic and poetic new expression configuration.
He developed "Tabula Pixema" Genetic Painting System, which creates thousands of pictures through dissolving and crossing each picture.
2003 Exhibition "face-poiesis" NTT/ICC, Tokyo
He is consistently interested in making the emergent system which is keep acting.
